General Questions

How do I schedule an appointment?

Call us at (201) 693-7798 or use the Contact page to request a new-patient or follow-up visit. We will help you find a time that works.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring photo ID, insurance information if applicable, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical or psychiatric records. Completing intake forms ahead of time is helpful.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please notify us as early as possible — ideally at least 48 hours in advance — so we can offer the time to another patient.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes. Secure video visits are available for many services. Mention telehealth when you schedule so we can send your link.

Insurance & Payment

What insurance plans do you accept?

We currently work with Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, GEHA, Horizon, Medicare, Meritain Health, Optum, and United Healthcare. Coverage details vary by plan, so we recommend verifying benefits before your first visit.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Both in-person and virtual appointments are available.

What if I do not have insurance?

Self-pay options are available. See the Payment page for typical ranges, or contact the office to discuss what fits your situation.

How much is a new patient evaluation?

Initial psychiatric evaluations typically range from $200 to $250 for a 60-minute visit. Follow-up and therapy rates are listed on the Payment page.

Care & Treatment

Who will I see for care?

Your visits are guided by Isata Bah, who focuses on clear communication, personalized plans, and a welcoming clinical environment.

What conditions do you treat?

We support depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, sleep concerns, psychosis-related care, and related behavioral health needs.

How do medication refills work?

Submit a refill request through the Contact page. Allow enough time for clinical review — refills are not guaranteed without appropriate follow-up.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your health information and handle every visit with discretion.
